Hip-Hop Foundations: From Basics to Freestyle is a beginner-friendly course by Tanuj Nair designed to help you build a strong foundation in Hip-Hop and develop the confidence to move, create and freestyle. The course begins with an introduction to Hip-Hop theory and musicality, helping you understand the culture, movement and music behind the dance form. You will then learn essential Hip-Hop foundations including Bounce & Rock, Panels, Bart Simpson, Brooklyn, Running Man and Happy Feet. Beyond learning individual movements, you will discover how to connect them into combinations, apply your foundations through choreography, and develop the skills needed to start freestyling in Hip-Hop. By the end of the course, you will have a stronger understanding of Hip-Hop fundamentals, musicality and movement vocabulary, along with practical tools to create combinations, learn choreography and express yourself through freestyle.
