Terms of Service IDALS A brand of Metamove Studio Private Limited Last updated: 31st August, 2026

1. Who we are IDALS is an online dance education platform operated by Metamove Studio Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with its registered office at Vasant Kunj, Krishna Township, Ambadi Road, Vasai West, Palghar 401202, Maharashtra, India. "IDALS", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Metamove Studio Private Limited. "You" and "your" refer to the person using the platform. You can reach us at connect@theidals.com.

2. Agreeing to these terms By creating an account or using theidals.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms. When we make a material change, we will tell you by email and post a notice on the site at least seven days before it takes effect. Continuing to use IDALS after that means you accept the updated terms. If you do not, you may close your account.

3. Who can use IDALS You must be 18 or older to hold an IDALS account. We know that parents and guardians buy access for younger learners, and that is welcome. If you are doing so, the account remains yours: you are the account holder, you are responsible for how it is used, and you agree to supervise the minor's use of the platform. Please do not create an account in a minor's name or let a minor register independently. You must also be legally able to enter into a contract and not barred from receiving our services under Indian law.

4. Your account When you register, you agree to give accurate information and keep it current. Your account is yours alone. Do not share your password or let anyone else use your login. If we see sign-in patterns that indicate an account is being shared — simultaneous streams from unrelated locations, for example — we may suspend it. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at connect@theidals.com straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

5. Subscriptions and payments Plans We offer subscription plans of different durations. The price, billing period and what each plan includes are shown on the Plans page before you pay. Payment Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We do not see or store your card or UPI credentials. Razorpay's own terms apply to the payment itself. Renewal Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment method you authorised, until you cancel. We will tell you before a price change takes effect, and you can cancel rather than accept it. Cancelling You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not end your current period. You keep full access until the period you have already paid for runs out. Individual purchases Some tutorials are sold individually rather than through a subscription. When you buy one, you get indefinite access to that tutorial for as long as IDALS operates and the tutorial remains on the platform. This is a licence to watch, not ownership of the content. Free tier Some tutorials are free to watch and will remain so. Free access does not require payment details and is not a trial — we will never charge you for it or convert it into a paid plan without you choosing that.

6. Refunds Our refund terms are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. The content on IDALS What you may do While your subscription or purchase is active, you may stream the content for your own personal, non-commercial learning. What you may not do You may not: • Download, record, screen-capture, or otherwise copy the videos • Re-upload our content anywhere, in whole or in part • Share your account so others can watch without paying • Use the content to teach paid classes, or in any commercial context • Circumvent, or try to circumvent, the measures that protect our videos • Scrape, crawl or systematically extract material from the platform These restrictions exist because our creators are paid based on the value of their work. Redistributing it takes money out of their hands. Who owns it The videos, course structures, written material, designs, logos and software on IDALS are owned by Metamove Studio Private Limited or licensed to us by the creators who made them. The IDALS name and logo are our registered trademarks. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you. Music Some tutorials use commercially released music for instructional purposes. This does not grant you any rights in that music.

8. Content you send us If you send us a practice video for mentor feedback, or share your learning with us for our community page, you keep ownership of it. By sending it, you give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it for — reviewing your practice, or, where you have separately agreed, showing it publicly on IDALS with your first name. We will not publish anything you send us privately without asking you first. If you have agreed and later change your mind, email us and we will take it down. You confirm that anything you send is yours to send, and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

9. Mentor feedback Subscription plans that include mentor feedback let you send a practice video and receive a response from a senior IDALS mentor. We aim to respond within five working days. This is a target, not a guarantee. If we miss it substantially, tell us and we will credit your allotment. Feedback is one mentor's professional opinion offered to help you improve. It is not a certification, an assessment, or a promise of any particular outcome. Feedback allotments reset each billing period and do not carry over unused.

10. Availability We aim to keep IDALS available and working, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may need to take the platform down for maintenance, and things occasionally break. We may add, change or remove content. If a tutorial you purchased individually is removed, we will tell you and offer a refund or a replacement.

11. Suspending or closing accounts You may close your account at any time by emailing connect@theidals.com. We may suspend or close your account if you materially breach these terms — sharing credentials, redistributing content, or circumventing our protections. Where the breach is not deliberate or serious, we will tell you what the problem is and give you a reasonable chance to fix it before acting. If we close your account for a breach, we will not refund the remainder of your billing period. When your account closes, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Our responsibility to you We provide IDALS with reasonable care and skill. Dance is a physical activity and carries a risk of injury. Our tutorials are instructional videos, not personal training supervised by a professional who can see you. Warm up properly, work within your ability, and stop if something hurts. If you have a medical condition or an existing injury, speak to a doctor before starting. You take part at your own risk. Beyond that, and to the extent Indian law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to IDALS is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

13. If something goes wrong Please tell us first. Most problems are resolved quickly by email to connect@theidals.com, and we would rather fix something than argue about it. These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Palghar, Maharashtra.

14. Other terms If a clause fails. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Not enforcing something. If we do not enforce a term straight away, that does not mean we have given up the right to enforce it later. Transferring this agreement. You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours if our business is sold or reorganized, and we will tell you if that happens. The whole agreement. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between us about your use of IDALS.
