Give it a minute and refresh - payment confirmation usually takes a few seconds. If it still isn't there after five minutes, email us with the payment reference from your bank or UPI app and we'll sort it immediately.
How do I cancel?
Account → Subscription → Cancel subscription. You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Can I get a refund?
Within 5 days of paying, if you've watched less than 30 minutes. The Refund Policy has the exact terms.
A video won't play
Try a different browser first - that resolves most playback problems. If it persists, tell us which tutorial and which device, and we'll look at it.
How does mentor feedback work?
Monthly and Quarterly plans include it. Go to Account → Mentor Feedback, tap the button, and send your practice video on WhatsApp. A senior mentor sends back a voice note within five working days.
Can I download tutorials?
No. Everything streams, and downloading isn't available. Our creators are paid based on their work being watched here.
